After leaving College having studied PE, Psychology, Sociology and Media, I decided I wanted to enter the working world. Living in Essex I decided to brave the journey in to the city and found a temping job as a PA.

I quickly landed a role working at the British Transport Police – firstly working as a PA, and then working my way up to eventually working for the Chief Constable of British Transport Police, Paul Crowther as his EA. After really honing my experience and skills within the Chief’s Office, I then moved into a brand-new EA role working for an Assistant Chief Constable, Robin Smith. Here is where I really fell in love with what I do. I was liaising with companies and departments including Members of Parliament, TfL, other Government sectors as well as the press. My job was varied, interesting and no day was the same.

After a few years, I moved to the then unknown start-up company called WeWork. Working for the Global MD, this job took me all over the world to countries I could only dream of visiting. It was exciting, challenging and fast paced and I witnessed the company grow immensely. I also assisted in a number of offices moves due to rapid expansion.

In early 2020, I decided I needed a new and exciting challenge. After meeting with Kathleen, I knew The Lighthouse Company was a business I wanted to be a part of. The team are passionate and driven and working closely with Kathleen is refreshing. I am extremely excited to be a member of the team and deliver the very best experience for our senior clients and candidates.
