A high touch service delivered at pace

At The Lighthouse Company we pride ourselves in delivering a hand-crafted approach to executive search that completely meets the needs of our clients. However, the over-riding principles and framework for every search we undertake are consistent; in that they’re done at pace, with a high-touch and a deep grounding in psychology.

Our typical search process will take between six to eight weeks, with the latter timeline taking into account the varying hiring policies of our client organisations. The Lighthouse Company will fully document all steps in the mutually agreed process and ensure that a weekly status is given to keep clients fully up to speed.

Talent through a psychological lens

At the inception of the Lighthouse, we worked with Heron Consultants to come up with a bespoke, psychology-based questioning approach that forms the basis for every candidate interview we conduct. The introduction of two psychotherapists into the Lighthouse team allows us to look deeper into the cultural fit, ethics and motivations of the leading talent that we represent.

We have built our reputation on our strong belief that really understanding the emotional journey an individual has taken and the psychology behind their early life and early decision making offers great insight into each and every professional candidate that we represent.
